About

Mark Goldzweig is a Southern California-based mediator, available for mediations throughout the United States. He is a member of the California Bar and is also certified in the State of California as a mediator.

Prior to mediation, Mark helmed the Product Liability Department of a major automotive distributor for 19 years, where he was responsible for managing over 500 personal injury claims throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. His portfolio included a robust trial calendar including 23 product liability trials throughout the United States; three class action trials in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania; and a trademark infringement case in C.D. California. He also managed matters before State Attorneys General and the Justice Department.

Prior to in-house work, Mark worked on aviation, product liability and professional liability matters.

He has worked on employment matters as both counsel and mediator.
