Mark Goldzweig is a Southern California-based mediator available for mediations throughout the United States. He is a member of the California Bar and also certified in California as a mediator.
Prior to mediation, Mark helmed the Product Liability Department of a major automotive distributor for 19 years, and was responsible for managing over 500 personal injury claims, managed (as in-house counsel) 27 trials, comprised of 23 product liability trials throughout the United States, 3 class action trials in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a trademark infringement case in California. He also managed matters before State Attorneys General, and the Justice Department.
Prior to in-house work, Mark worked on aviation, product liability and professional liability matters.
He has worked on employment matters as both counsel and mediator.
